How it works

Send us your photo, bio, services, and rates — we’ll set up almost everything for you.

2. Set your rate and schedule
You choose how much you want to charge and when you’re available. We’ll help you connect your calendar and fine-tune the settings so it fits your flow.

3. Start getting booked
Once you’re live, mentees can book you directly. We’ll handle all the admin and payouts.

Common questions

  • Just send over your photo, a short bio, the services you’d like to offer, and your rates. We’ll work with you to create a profile that feels true to you, and follow up to help you connect your Zoom, calendar, and Stripe Connect for payouts.

  • You set your availability once, and we take care of the rest. You can update it anytime, pause bookings, or stop altogether.

  • We process payments securely through Stripe. After each session, your payout will be sent to your Stripe Connect account within a few business days. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll keep you informed and make sure everything’s handled smoothly.

  • Yes. You’re in control of your rate, session lengths, and how many sessions you want to offer.

  • Only when someone books based on the availability you’ve set. There’s no required minimum or schedule beyond that.

  • Yes. There’s no contract or ongoing commitment. You can pause or leave the platform whenever you like.

  • You’ll connect with emerging producers, artists, and creatives looking for real feedback and guidance.

  • Most sessions focus on personalized feedback — whether it’s on a track, mix, arrangement, creative direction, or even music career questions like strategy, branding, or business.

    During booking, mentees can upload an MP3 or share what they’d like help with. This helps mentors come prepared and keeps the session focused and valuable.

    Each mentor lists their strengths on their profile, so mentees can find the best fit for their goals.

  • Definitely. We’ll even provide you with a custom booking link and a micro-promo kit to make it easy.

  • All you’ll need is Zoom, your calendar, and a Stripe Connect account to receive payments. We handle everything else — bookings, payouts, and admin — so you can just focus on mentoring.

  • Mentees can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the session. If they miss a session or cancel too late, you’ll still be paid for your time.

    If you ever need to reschedule, just update your calendar availability — mentees can only book based on your open times.
