Madeline “MixedByMJ” Robinson / Music Production, Mixing & Songwriting

Madeline “MixedByMJ” Robinson

About Me

Vocal Producer | Mix Engineer | Songwriter | Vocalist

Gear & DAW: Pro Tools, Logic Pro

Genres: Pop, Indie, Alternative, RnB, Rap, and Classical

With over 6 years of experience in the music industry and mentorship from some of the best in the game, I bring high-level insight to every session. I studied mixing under Jaycen Joshua and vocal production under Kuk Harrell, two industry legends whose guidance shaped my technical precision and artistic voice.

I have a special interest in vocal production and mixing, and my work reflects a deep understanding of how to craft emotionally resonant, sonically polished records. I mixed and mastered the experimental album “isomonstrosity,” featuring major artists across genres, and continue to work as a professional in both indie and mainstream spaces.

As an artist under the name Madeline Robinson, I released the EP “forever changed” — a deeply personal project that I built from the ground up. I wrote, recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered every element of the EP, giving me a 360-degree understanding of the creative process from concept to final bounce.

I’ve also built a platform on TikTok (@MixedByMJ) with nearly 80,000 followers, where I share vocal production insights, mixing tips, and real-world advice for artists and engineers.

Whether you’re refining a vocal, mixing a demo, or looking to find your way in the industry, I offer clear, actionable guidance tailored to your goals.

What I Don’t Do (During Your Session)

  • I won’t produce or mix your track for you during the session
  • I won’t perform or record instrument parts for your project
  • I don’t provide hands‑on engineering or full‑service production inside the call
  • I won’t finish or deliver files for commercial release

Note: If you're interested in working together on a full production or mix outside of MusicPros, you’re welcome to bring it up during the session—or reach out through my other channels.

What To Expect

20-Minute Session

  • Ask three or more questions about your track, goals, and reference sound
  • Explain how I evaluate a mix for translation, impact, and release readiness
  • Give advice on tightening your production workflow and revision process
  • Outline how to reach best-in-class quality with the gear and plugins you already have

Make the Most of Your Session

A call flies by. The clearer you are about what you want, the deeper we can go. Remember—this is your time, so come ready to focus on what matters most to you.

Come Prepared → Get More Done

  • Define your goal: “I want my chorus to hit harder,” “I need to tame low-end mud,” “I’m pricing my first tour.”
  • Bring relevant materials: Mixes, demos, session screenshots, gear photos—anything that helps clarify the issue.
  • List your top questions: Prioritize 2–3 must-haves so we can dive right in.
  • Share context: A quick note on genre, timeline, or budget helps tailor the advice to your needs.
